The pay back time of the purchase price is 9 years, rental fee for each additional year is 250 millio Ft/year ; …..percent of the amount invested.

2.The paymnet day of the rental fee is the year; following the production year 15 of January.

3. Guarantee of the rental fee

400 millio Forint ont he deposit account 4 year bank guarantee is provided
After 4 years, a further two years, we undertake the extension of the guarantee
After the construction of fish processing, -expected date is 2013-; the Organic Fish Technology Plc. assume the offering coverage of the bank guarantee as the payment of the rental fee.
